With a USSF A License, NSCAA Advanced Diploma, USYSA Youth Diploma, KNVB Advanced Diploma, and an Everton FC Masterclass Diploma, Coach Blatz boasts an impressive array of qualifications that underline his dedication to advancing his coaching expertise.

A graduate with a degree in Physical Education from the University of Pittsburgh, Coach Blatz seamlessly blends academic knowledge with on-field proficiency. Since 1997, he has served as an esteemed educator in the Chartiers Valley School District, where he shares his passion for both teaching and soccer.

At Century United, Coach Blatz has worn multiple hats, serving as the Technical Director, Director of Coaching, and a Staff Coach. His influence extends beyond the pitch, shaping the soccer program's direction and nurturing the growth of young talents.

Coach Blatz's impact is further exemplified by his roles as the Head Coach for both the Upper St. Clair Boys and Chartiers Valley Boys teams during his career. His coaching philosophy, rooted in a balance of strategy and inspiration, has led his teams to remarkable successes, instilling in players a love for the sport that goes beyond the field.

In every role he undertakes, Coach Blatz prioritizes holistic player development. His approach goes beyond tactical sessions, emphasizing character-building, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
